The Bit Wrangler is a computer support company that specializes in Media PCs. If the computer makes, plays or stores music, photos or video, The Bit Wrangler understands it.

Sam’s extensive background resume in corporate IT makes him the perfect person to trust with your sensitive business files.

• Desktop Support Manager for a large electronics manufacturing company, managing as many as 12 technicians and supporting 2500 users spread over 300,00 square feet
• Help Desk Manager for an international financial ratings company serving 350 users spread out in Chicago, New York and London.
• Consultant for an international testing company as their Global Help Desk Manager, with offices in over 50 countries.

For the last three years Sam has spent time with his other passion, professional audio. As a manufacturer's representative for professional audio and video products (covering the Illinois and Wisconsin territories), Sam directly influenced the sales of audio and video products to companies that installed the products in Millennium Park, Arie Crowne Theater; to touring sound companies, TV and recording studios...to name a few.

And for the past 25 years, Sam has been (and continues to be) a musician, audio engineer and recording engineer, running his own PC based recording studio for over 6 years.
